The first set, although the tech was super nice, my lashes were not great. I had to have them removed at another relocation and go without for 2 weeks before being able to have a full set done again. They gave me a complimentary removal and set. I just got my first fill since the replacement set, and so far, so good! I recommend the Overland Park location.

Staff is very friendly and professional. Nancy was my lash technician and she did a wonderful job ! This was my first time and she explained every step as she went along. I was so comfortable with her that I actually went to sleep during the session. I definitely recommend this location and ask for Nancy if you want a professional and wonderful lash technician. I got the classic and sexy lashes.

Nancy did an awesome job on my lashes! I had a botched lash job that I got elsewhere and she very gently and meticulously removed those lashes and applied new lashes after a thorough consultation. I highly recommend!

Just ok. The front desk lady seemed flustered the two recent times I was there. My stylists were so sweet, nothing against them but my lashes were all kinds of wonky both times and only lasted like 12 days before big gaps were present and I cant think of anything that would have caused this. I wasn't swimming or doing rigorous activity, sorry but $99 every 2 weeks is just way too steep and I dont want to commit to a membership to have to come back every 12 days.
